LAROS @ SNAME Greek Section

It is with great pleasure to invite you to the following SNAME's monthly meeting where we will be presenting how LAROS Reliable data are being used on hundreds of vessels for better Maintenance and Operations management.

Short Description

In the era of Shipping 4.0, where digitalization plays a pivotal role, the impact of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) Big Data Analytics (BDA), and Internet of Things (IoT) cannot be understated.

Prisma Electronics, a leading hi-tech company known for its innovative solutions, is set to deliver an enlightening presentation to shed light on the crucial role of data quality in the successful implementation of emerging technologies in the maritime industry.

During workshop, Presenters will share LAROS real-life examples regarding the added value of High Frequency Structured Data, the consequences of poor data quality, new capabilities by combining Machine Learning with human expertise to simplify daily procedures with better ship efficiency. By leveraging advanced data processing techniques, such as Signal Processing, Digital Twin, and Deep Neural Networks, Prisma team will share the latest trends and future paradigms in maintenance, unlocking the potential of high frequency data for better transparency and compliance with regulations. The demonstration will highlight how this technology addresses current and future challenges, enhancing operations management and enabling data-driven maintenance.

The presentation consists of four sessions that cover a wide range of topics, including structured data, high-frequency data combined with noon data, condition-based maintenance, use of digital twin models, and efficient diagnostics in electrical power systems using deep neural networks. in the context of the above the outcome of project DIAKRIVOSI will be also presented including examples of early diagnosis and warning in electrical propulsion systems.

Don't miss the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the importance of reliable high frequency data for shipping digitalization. Join us on June 29th, 2023, to pave the way for a more efficient and technologically advanced maritime industry.
